We collect information provided by Subscribers to facilitate library management operations. While we implement industry-standard security measures, the Platform does not guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

3. Service "As-Is" and Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall MAKEEZZY or its operators be held liable for any data loss, system downtime, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We do not monitor or control the specific data entered by Subscribers. We are not responsible for how Subscribers use member data outside of the Platform. Any legal disputes arising between a Subscriber and their library members are strictly between those parties.
