THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAKEEZZY, ITS OWNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE SUBSCRIBER IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAKEEZZY and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the Subscriber's data, its library members' interactions, or any breach of these terms by the Subscriber.

5. Termination and Changes

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or us. Terms may be updated at any time, and your continued use signifies acceptance.
